40tude is a young, innovative and already successful charitable organisation that is tackling colon cancer.
Colon cancer is the third most common cancer worldwide (after lung and breast cancer), and the second most common in the UK. 1 in 17 adults are at risk of developing colon cancer in the UK, however it is one of the easiest cancers to treat if detected early.
Since 40tude was founded in March 2011 we have raised over £700,000 to support pioneering research projects at St Mark’s Hospital in Harrow – the world’s first specialist bowel disease hospital.
We achieve results through innovative partnerships with a remarkable group of participants, sponsors, donors and medical specialists.
For an insight in all we have achieved in 2018 and more about our charity’s mission, please take a look at our Year in Review video.
